CALA SAHONA (FORMENTERA)

Cala Sahona is a picturesque beach located on the western coast of the small island of Formentera, which is part of the Balearic Islands in Spain. It is a tranquil and unspoiled beach, surrounded by rugged cliffs and the special crystal-clear waters that define the beauty of this islands.

The beach is characterized by its soft, white sand and shallow turquoise waters. It is a perfect spot for swimming and snorkeling, as the water is calm and clear. Additionally, there are several rocks and coves nearby, which are perfect for exploring with tenders and small boats or just with a single paddle surf board 🙂

Many boats enjoy anchoring in this unique landscape, as the sunsets here are an experience not to be missed in a live aboard experience.

There are 3 restaurants located in this beach, offering all of them nice paellas and Formentera´s. seafood specialities like “pagès lobster” , “grilled sirvia ” or just the Catch of the day 🙂
